Winter Indoor Cycling

Keith Sayler, Phd.
Winter indoor CompuTrainer cycling classes begin on January 7th. Each 10-week coach led session will build your endurance, and enable you to work on your bike skills, proper technique, pedal stroke, shifting, etc.

The CompuTrainer MultiRider setup consists of five stationary trainers that allow you to ride your own bike to ensure proper bike fit and train you to be efficient on your own bike. The trainers are connected to a central computer that tracks your speed, distance, and wattage.

The computer software includes courses that change grade and transfers that to the trainer at the point each rider reaches the grade change. CompuTrainers add life to your everyday workouts and allow you to track your development as you improve over the course of the season.

Class Schedule:

  • 10:00 am: Monday
  • 08:30 am: Thursday
  • 06:00 am: Friday
  • 08:30 am: Sunday
  • 10:30 am: Sunday

fitness Boot camp

Content Inline
Boot camps are group fitness classes that consist of cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, coordination and mental focus, often in the same workout. They are popular because they are effective, and fun - with team races, partner exercises, plyometrics, agility and obstacle courses. Just like recess used to be.

Unique and Effective

We exercise outside! All year long! And our clients love it! The workout changes weekly, never giving you the chance to get bored, while pushing you to a new level of fitness. It is basically impossible not to see and feel the results!
